Bio:

Darlene was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She received her Juris Doctor in 2010, graduating among the top students of her class, receiving a Summa Cum Laude distinction. Since early in her career, Darlene started working with immigration-related legal matters, an area of the law that she found profoundly meaningful. In 2018, Darlene moved from Puerto Rico to Washington State, where she became exclusively engaged in immigration law. Now, with her determination to continue serving the immigrant community, Darlene opened Immigration We Care, LLC, an immigration law firm, where she remains committed in providing compassionate, dedicated, and accessible representation to foreign nationals.    

 

Licenses:

Darlene is admitted to the practice of law in Washington State, Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for Puerto Rico, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Per federal regulations, Darlene is authorized and qualified to act as an immigration attorney and represent individuals before immigration courts and agencies (e.g. USCIS) all across the country, including Florida. Desde temprano en su carrera, Darlene comenzó a trabajar en asuntos relacionados a inmigración, un área de derecho que encontró profundamente significativa. En 2018, Darlene se mudó de Puerto Rico a el Estado de Washington, donde estuvo envuelta exclusivamente en asuntos de inmigración. Al presente, con su determinación de continuar sirviendo a la comunidad inmigrante, Darlene abrió Immigration We Care, LLC, una oficina legal de inmigración, donde continúa comprometida en proveer representación compasiva, dedicada y accesible a personas extranjeras.

Darlene esta admitida a la práctica de abogacía en Washington, Puerto Rico, la Corte de Distrito de los Estados Unidos en Puerto Rico, y además a la Corte de Apelaciones de Estados Unidos para el Primer Circuito. Por virtud de regulaciones federales, Darlene está autorizada y califcada para actuar como abogada de inmigración y representar personas frente a las cortes de inmigración y agencias de inmigración (ej.
